		<description>Turns out, you just didn&#039;t read closely enough. I talked about draining the meat, and how I *don&#039;t* like to rinse it, because I think you lose too much flavor. :) 

I&#039;m not kidding about the soyrizo. It was good. And I didn&#039;t find any texture issues, personally.</description>

		<description>One thing you forgot to mention is to drain the meat well after browning even rinsing it some helps to cut down on how greasy it is while still maintaining the flavor.  Are you kidding with the soy chorizo?  Really?  Is there a difference in texture?  I guess I will have to ask Dad to try it since I need to stay healthier and live longer(tongue in cheek)</description>
