It's a wonderful cookbook. Both recipes we've tried so far have been brilliant. The first was a Shepherd's Pie. Neither of us had ever made it before but were both very, very pleased with the results.

Just a warning, though. Some of the recipes (chicken divan for us) can get very messy depending on your prep style.

@Myth

That cookbook looks pretty cool. Fewer dishes in the sink is always awesome.

Anna and I just recently (last week?) made One-Skillet Chicken Divan out of the Cooks Country Best Skillet Recipes book that I picked up for $3 (after Borders' 20% off birthday card and my boss' $20 gift card and something else). It turned out pretty good. I loved the chicken, Anna loved the sauce and broccoli. We discovered that we need a 12" skillet, though.
