You saved my butt. The only thing is I changed it slightly. I added chopped mushrooms with it and put Monteray Jack cheese on top and melted it. Everyone loved it at my girlfriend's parent's house. I know—they’re RIDICULOUS. They just are. There are a lot of things that I could make healthier, and I enjoy doing that most of the time. There’s no saving potatoes fried in bacon and topped with cheese, though. It just can’t be done. The good news: We don’t eat like this every day. ;-)
