		<description>I thought this tasted good though a bit dry for my lazagna tastes, but was surprised at how well it reheated.  It made for a delicious lunch the next day.  

The sun-dried tomatoes were a bit big and hard to cut up (I suppose I could have gotten up for a knife) so I&#039;d probably cut them up into smaller chunks if I ever make this on my own.  </description>
