And surprisingly portable. It held up well wrapped in the paper towel on the way to Grace's. If you ever open Los Tucci's you can have your mac & cheese on the menu and fry up the leftovers to sell out of your little street vendor stand. Which I just made up for this purpose. Fried Mac and Cheese To Go! It's brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, I tell you! Mmm…this was delicious. And surprisingly portable. It held up well wrapped in the paper towel on the way to Grace’s.
